Look at the shines on the battery. That's not imitation (which is fine) that is the exact same graphics. I know, I drew each one with my little hands and I have the high resolution PSD with all layers to prove it . Only the transparency at the top is different, probably because the guy wasn't able to get it clean from a screenshot. I would love to see his original image files... While the subject matter is very similar, the graphics are definitely not the same. The board pattern is different, the shading is different, etc. About the only thing that is the same is, as you quoted, licensed from a 3rd party (perhaps his is as well?). Having the idea to come out with it first is commendable. The German and French translators didn't catch this, but overall they aren't bad. I don't know enough Spanish to see if that translation is any good.
