How petty, this is no copyright infringement, and of all places for you to gripe. I will pray for you!

Hi I think the German version is not perfect. Or he is from Germany. I write it again in German up there

The only way the graphics are different is that the mob4.com guy is bad at Photoshop and he clearly cut out the pieces from a screenshot.

Look at the shines on the battery. That's not imitation (which is fine) that is the exact same graphics. I know, I drew each one with my little hands and I have the high resolution PSD with all layers to prove it . Only the transparency at the top is different, probably because the guy wasn't able to get it clean from a screenshot.

I would love to see his original image files...

Anyway the same developer even uses the iPhone compass image in one of his dozens of spam apps (several same apps with different names) that damage the android market.

I dissagree... While the subject matter is very similar, the graphics are definitely not the same. The board pattern is different, the shading is different, etc. About the only thing that is the same is, as you quoted, licensed from a 3rd party (perhaps his is as well?). Having the idea to come out with it first is commendable. I always say imitation is the best form of flattery, as long as its not copyright infringement.

The Italian translation even corrected your English. I'd write "official values for browsing and standby time" instead of "official values for browsing and standing". Standing is more something that humans and trees do.

The German and French translators didn't catch this, but overall they aren't bad. I don't know enough Spanish to see if that translation is any good.

- beltijd
- websurfen (via (WiFi of 3G)
- standby-tijd.

Keywords: accu, levensduur, besparing, economie, ecologie, tijd, uren, monitoren
